The Sellequine M&S Bundle is our targeted mallenders and sallenders care bundle for horses, combining two of our most popular skin-care products to tackle scabs, flaky skin and the dry, irritated skin associated with these stubborn conditions.

The bundle combines Mud Magic: M&S Formula, specifically formulated with mallenders and sallenders in mind, with our bestselling Aloe, Seaweed & Silver Gel to provide a simple two-step routine.

Based on feedback and case studies from horse owners managing recurring mallenders and sallenders, we've found this combination to be particularly popular for tackling scabby flare-ups and then caring for the new skin underneath.

Mallenders & Sallenders Care for Horses

Mallenders and sallenders can cause thickened, flaky and scabby skin around the legs and joints and can be frustrating to manage, particularly in horses prone to repeated flare-ups.

Our M&S Bundle takes a two-stage approach:

Step 1 – Mud Magic: M&S Formula

Use the M&S Formula during scabby flare-ups to soften and care for crusty, flaky skin.

The rich formula contains colloidal oatmeal alongside carefully selected oils, lanolin, silver and other skin-supporting ingredients to moisturise and condition problem areas.

Step 2 – Aloe, Seaweed & Silver Gel

Once the scabs have cleared, switch to our Aloe, Seaweed & Silver Gel to soothe, hydrate and care for the fresh skin underneath.

Its lightweight, non-greasy formula is easy to apply daily and combines aloe, seaweed and silver for gentle ongoing skin care.

If scabs begin to return, simply switch back to the M&S Formula before returning to the gel once the area has settled again.

Mallenders and sallenders often require different care during a scabby flare-up compared with the skin underneath once those scabs have cleared.

Each M&S Bundle contains:

• 1 × 500ml Mud Magic: M&S Formula

• 1 × 200ml Aloe, Seaweed & Silver Gel

Both products contain silver and have been designed to complement one another as part of your horse's regular skin-care routine.

How to Use

Apply Mud Magic: M&S Formula daily during scabby or flaky flare-ups.

Once the scabs have cleared, use Aloe, Seaweed & Silver Gel daily to keep the skin hydrated, soothed and conditioned.

If another scabby flare-up occurs, return to the M&S Formula before switching back to the gel for ongoing care.

Important Information

The M&S Formula contains lanolin and is therefore not suitable for horses with a known lanolin allergy.

Not recommended for horses with oil sensitivity.

We recommend patch testing all new topical products before first use.

As the M&S Formula is oil based, caution is advised when treating areas exposed to strong sunlight unless appropriately covered.
